The Mortality Statistical Query System provides a means to create tables showing frequencies of Alabama residents' deaths based on your selections. Select variables for the rows and columns, and then make selections to restrict which death records to include in the query.

Please note that results will be frequency totals, and no identifying information such as name, address, or date of death will be provided.

Select one variable to use for the table rows and one variable to use for the table columns.  If no selection is made for Rows and no selection is made for Columns, Sex will be used for the table rows and Race will be used for the table columns.

In fields where multiple selections are allowed, make your first selection, and then hold the <ctrl> key down while making additional selections. For any field in which no selection is made, all will be selected. After completing your selections, scroll to the bottom of the page to submit the query.
